Summary

The Marketing Manager will develop, manage and execute product activations for the Samsung's Display line of business, on Samsung.com B2B and B2C and will also own retailer product activations. The Marketing Manager will also own customer experience journey on S.com.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Follow the product launch calendar and ensure timely product launches on Samsung.com and retailer.com.
• On-time execution is the primary responsibility of this position.
• Manage the promo calendar for Samsung.com along with leading the marketing support for the key drive periods.
• Focus on customer experience journey on Samsung.com and find ways to optimize the same.
• The role will require strong leadership and project management skills to work with the team to develop integrated campaigns and plans that can include activities such as digital marketing, content creation, CRM, trade shows, advertising, social campaign, enablement and press releases.
• Developing a brief for the corporate marketing team in order to set launch expectations and timely launch.
• Manage the end to end process of activating product detail pages, i.e asset management, communicating with different stake holders like product management, ecommerce and inventory planning to ensure product availability and on-time launch.
• Use SEO best practices and work with SEO agency partner to ensure that the page is SEO-optimized at launch.
• Enhance Amazon brand stores and improve partner brand stores.
• Create online content toolkits for partner syndication for retailers like Amazon, BBY.com, Costco, Newegg, Amazon Business, Walmart, Sam's, B&H, Microcenter.
• Work with corporate marketing and ecommerce team for new category creation and GNB changes in order to launch products under new categories.
• Use product grouping as needed in order to ensure best-in-class CEJ
• Send weekly execution reports to leadership and stakeholders, ensuring on-time launches.
• Create new processes in order to accommodate expanding content and product launches
• Understand and adhere to Samsung brand guidelines and ensure that there is consistency across all content across all channels Samsung.com and retailer.com
