The Identity Platform Product Manager is a global role that is responsible for the product roadmap and strategic direction of the Identity Management suite of products in the B2B, B2E and B2C user spaces. You will work with business stakeholders, development, operations technical teams and clients to understand application usage, gather requirements, and represent the product by communicating strategy and roadmap.

Responsibilities include:

• Create an ambitious and clear product vision, evangelize, and communicate 'the story' effectively to key stakeholders and the rest of the team
• Define the product platform strategy, partner with third party vendors on upcoming product features and build a roadmap for B2B, B2E and B2C spaces, while managing stakeholders across the organization including the business, engineering, and support teams
• Foster a productive working environment by promoting strong interpersonal relationships, give open and honest feedback, encourage team cohesion, and collaborate both internally and with other teams
• Collaborate with cross functional team members to prioritize projects to align with business goals
• Leverage Agile principles and methodologies, including owning the team backlogs, defining and prioritizing epics, features, user stories and other artifacts to support development goals
• Brings commercial expertise, sound business judgment and draws on external sources to prioritize and help reshape the product vision and roadmap

• 5+ years’ experience Identity Management experience in the following areas:
  • Single Sign-On (Okta experience required), Identity Federation, Consumer Identity, and Multi-Factor Authentication
  • Identity Governance and Administration, User Provisioning, Access Certification, Identity Analytics, Role-Based Access Control
  • Privileged Access Management
• 7+ years of product management experience
• Ability to influence a diverse group of stakeholders; strong leadership skills
• Ability to embrace change and be flexible
• Strong technical understanding and experience in agile delivery/development methodologies
• Experience working with API integration and strong technical understanding of cloud-based platform architecture
• Bachelor's / advanced degree
• ServiceNow Experience preferred
