Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide service to all customers according to service standard and procedures.

• Responsible for the preparation work of invoice, Order Processing, Delivery Orders and Delivery Summary

• Reply and acknowledge customer enquiry, order, provide delivery summary report through email or phone call

• Check GRN (Good Received Notice)

• Do closing for all D/O

• Prepare & Perform Inbound, Outbound and Inventory Reports

• Manage trucking container / shipping instructions for warehouse with Freight Team (Skylift Consolidator)

• Daily filling

• Update attendance report

• Pull out necessary documents for discrepancy report when required by management

• Any job assigned by superior / manager

Job Requirements

• Non-smoker

• must possess "O" Level/ Higher academic in any field

• Fluent in English and Chinese preferred

• Computer literacy a must

• Attributes: Sincere, courteous personality and willing to learn attitude. Able to work in fast-paced environment.
• Allowance - $100 Transport monthly / AM shift $10 daily / PM shift $20 daily
• Rotating Working hours - 5.5 days week / 44 hours
• Monday to Fridays: Day Shift: 7.30am – 4:30pm / Night Shift: 10pm – 7:00am
• Saturdays: 7:30am – 7:00pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $2,000.00 - $2,200.00 per month
