A reimagined 224-room experiential hotel in the heart of Downtown Nashville. Noelle serves as a gathering place for some of the city's most interesting voices and makers as it continues to contribute to the spirit that makes it so unique.

This individual has a sincere demeanor that allows guests to feel like they are being welcomed home from the time they step out of their car until we see their tail lights. They have a knowledge of all of the happenings on property to ensure they are able to answer any questions the guests might ask them. Room service is one of the little luxuries that guests look forward to when staying at one of our properties, and an In Room Dining Server facilitates that experience and delights in bringing joy to others. Courteous, expeditious, and meticulous, this individual ensures that orders are accurate and delivered to the room with proper accoutrements.

Main Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Take down orders accurately and deliver orders to guest
• Prepare guest orders ensuring it is placed securely and in appealing way
• Collect and clear dirty dishes from guest floors
• Complete payment for orders
• Escort guests to room, luggage, messages, and any other items for delivery within the hotel
• Engage guests in a friendly and professional yet warm manner
• Ensure guest is familiar with the room features upon arrival (i.e., thermostat)
• Maintain presence in the lobby, offering assistance to guests

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
