Scope - As Industrial Engineer at Caruso USA you will gain experience in many functions of the company as Production areas, maintenance, warehouse, packaging etc. developing multiple skills such as analysis, studies, lean manufacturing practices, continuous improvement, training, and more.

What you’ll do

· Support the different operation teams to set and track KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) performing time studies data collection efforts, recording observation data, and analyzing findings.

· Creating reports to summarize findings from time studies for leaders throughout the organization.

· Lead or assist projects using hands-on approach.

· Support the logistics operations team with reporting and business analysis

· Provide research, maintenance, and support for assigned departmental projects and tasks as assigned

· Participate and provide feedback in group meetings and discussions if applicable

· Performing analyses related to current Engineering projects

· Performing time studies to develop standards for current and new processes associated Labor Management initiative

· Layout design, cost-benefit analyses as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
