Infusion LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

Arthritis Northwest is looking for a LPN with knowledge and experience in IV Infusion or IV Therapy. Full Time, days only, no major holidays or weekends.
Must maintain current LPN licensure. Two years’ experience in an infusion environment preferred. Great customer services is a plus.
Tasks of the Infusion LPN would include:
- Bringing patients to the infusion department, obtaining vital signs as appropriate.
- Providing patient education regarding infusions as necessary.
- Preparing patients for their infusions, initiating and implementing the patient care plan.
- Preparing and administering medications and intravenous solutions.
- Implementing physician orders, keeping physicians abreast of their patient’s ongoing care.
- Maintaining accurate and complete documentation.
- Assisting in assessing, preparing, and monitoring drug study patients receiving intravenous and subcutaneous medications.
- Performing other duties as assigned by the infusion manager, practice manager, physicians, physician assistants, or nurse practitioners.
Required experience:
- 2 year experience preferred: 1 year

- Associate
