Put your people skills and encouraging approach to action and join Unity House of Troy's Community Resources program. This program offers a variety of services to those in need, such as a food pantry, the Re-Style store, and ability to link consumers to services within the community.

Responsibilities:

• completing intakes for the program
• provide crisis intervention
• providing referrals
• engaging in ongoing, regular interactions with consumers
• complete compliance activities and produce final reports on outcomes as required

Requirements: High School Diploma or GED equivalent with experience working with the public in a fast-paced environment. Reliable transportation and a Valid New York State driver license with an acceptable driving record as determined by our company's liability insurance policy. Bi-Lingual in Spanish is preferred.
