Intellectual Property / IP Litigation Associate / TX 75201 3222

Our client, a well-established and highly regarded law firm, is looking for an IP litigation attorney with at least 2 years of substantive intellectual property litigation experience. Here, your responsibility will continue to expand, as this is a collegial atmosphere where performance always overrides politics.

Ideally, you will have experience pertaining to various aspects of trademark, copyright, trade dress, and/or patent infringement litigation (i.e., development of strategies, conducting discovery, preparing infringement and invalidity contentions, expert witness reports, depositions, trial related motions and other pleadings, drafting jury instructions, etc.).

IP Attorney Requirements:

• 2-6 years of IP litigation experience with progressively increasing responsibility at a well known firm
• Experience relating to federal courts, the PTAB, and/or the TTAB
• Technical undergraduate degree (STEM) and USPTO license are not required, but are certainley valued
• General passion for the dynamic specialization of IP litigation
• Stable work history
• Excellent academic credentials
