Scope Overview
- Provide IT end-user support, IT security, cyber security assurance and compliance & documentation for scientific IT devices and systems.
- Work with other IT teams within the IT Department (Infra, apps, solutions etc) to resolve IT security matters.
- Conduct needs analysis and personalize the recommended solution or service in line with the business needs
- Participate in communities of practice by sharing best practices, coaching and promote cyber security awareness to junior employees.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate / recently graduated university students
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Independent, driven, resourceful and meticulous
- High sense of responsibility and integrity
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
