- Complete reconciliation workload as assigned by Sr. Analyst or supervisor.
- Conduct inventory variance root cause analysis working with plant leaders
- Provide basic analysis of current and historical part data from multiple systems to process inventory adjustments and/or other required actions to correct discrepant stock.
- Develop basic analysis and recommendations to internal and client leaders regarding financial inventory adjustments.
- Perform basic quantitative analysis to resolve and improve clients supply chain using WMS, Excel, Access, etc. to drive inventory accuracy improvement.
- Collect transactional data for inventory accuracy analysis
- Assist Sr. Analysts with development of internal and client inventory accuracy related reports and presentations.
- Occasionally provide reconciliation support for facility startups, transfers, takeovers and special projects.
- Approximately 10% travel, including overnight, is required.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Associates degree from an accredited College or University in a closely related field or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and certification. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Recent experience with inventory reconciliation and warehouse management systems.
- Recent experience in service parts logistics preferred
- Some experience applying Six Sigma methodology with supply chain processes preferred.
- Work is primarily sedentary. Sits comfortably to do the work; however, there may be some walking, standing, bending, or lifting item weighing up to 15 pounds.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
