Summary:

This opportunity is on-site and is located at 22777 Springwoods Village PKWY Spring, TX

Hybrid schedule is not available with this role.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 am- 5pm

Schedules and revises shipment plans to ensure efficient distribution of products to satisfy customers. Analyzes inventory levels, production speed and product demand to determine reorder levels which will ensure product availability and minimize inventory costs. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Duties may include writing inventory reports, performing cycle counts, and determining periodic asset valuations. Works with moderate work direction and is skilled and knowledgeable to the position.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Operations Risk Area (ORA) owners to perform chemical reconciliation in each lab space in the Main Campus and Friendswood labs.
• Identify and verify chemical quantity and units match current list and lab location (ORA) and reconcile with master list accordingly
• Identify expired chemicals and report to ORA owner or designated lab contact for disposal/removal
• Works with moderate work direction and is skilled and knowledgeable to the position.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

High School Diploma with 4+ years of experience in Chemical/ Oil & Gas inventory experience.

Software: PSIMS, NENTEX, SPHERA SDS Chemical Management, Office 365

• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
• Chemical handling experience in a laboratory setting is a plus
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Knowledge and prior experience with database management and chemical inventory

Pay Range:

The pay range for this position is $35.000-$48.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.

Please Note:

Must have a valid driver’s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.
