- Researching and analyzing the impact of economic trends and events on country and industry returns
- Evaluating and presenting key takeaways on market observations, risks, and value drivers
- Compilation and analysis of relevant market data from Bloomberg and other research databases to produce industry and economic forecasts, and company-specific pro-forma financial statements
- Strategic and situational analysis of individual companies
- Interpreting investment prospectuses, shareholder agreements and term sheets, and identifying potential investment downsides and legal risks
- Reading and assessing sell-side investment recommendations and reports
- Due diligence on operational business plans and direct investment opportunities
- Structuring execution for investments based on research and analysis
- Other investment-related activities that involve analysis, execution, implementation or evaluation
- Enjoys reading, performing data analysis, and forecasting
- Accuracy in execution and strong attention to detail
- A strong sense of curiosity and professional drive
- Ability to work in a team, and the possession of excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with Pandas and Bloomberg terminal usage is a plus
- 3rd or 4th year Undergraduate or Masters students are preferred
- Ability to commit to a 4 to 6 month internship
