First Continental Mortgage (FCM) is currently seeking highly motivated, and qualified individuals to fulfill the role of an Investor Delivery Coordinator in our Houston location.

We specialize in partnering with Home Builders as well as retail production. FCM funded $1.9 Billion in 2021 through affiliated business arrangements with ten different home builders, 5 of which rank in the Top 35 Home Builders in the country.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Retrieve and safe keep collateral on recently closed, repurchased and PIF loans.
• Facilitate transfer of collaterals on agency loans between custodians.
• Assist in retrieving final documents from our various investors.
• Assist in additional administrative duties such as sending and receiving packages, making copies and preparing release of liens.
• Registering loans in MERS
• Assist in boarding loans to our Servicing System
• Other related duties as assigned.
  

Required skills & experience:

• Minimum 2 years mortgage post-closing experience.
• Work independently w/ minimal to no supervision
• Must be detailed oriented with strong time management skills.
