Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field
• Good communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Windows Server and server virtualisation, or be Microsoft certified
• Less than 3 years of working experience will be consider for Junior IT Executive role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage network & systems, firewall and storage related issues of the company
• Provide end-user support for all PC/laptop hardware, applications, and services.
• Provide end-user support and training for hardware and software.
• Install, configure and provide technical support to workstations, software, communication services, network printing.
• Maintain and provide IT support and troubleshooting for end users.
• Perform system administration and maintenance tasks including data protection/backup and disaster recovery sites.
• Management of software maintenance/updates (window, etc.), virus protection and end point protection.
• Administer, support , configure and troubleshoot MS Office 365 for end users.
• Analyses corporate database, identifies data integrity issues, proposes and implements solutions.
• Any other IT related duties that is required from time to time.

Working Hours: 8am - 6pm (Mon-Fri)

Salary: $3000 - $4500
