  • Assist customers with technical issues over phone
  • Experience in HTML
  • Resolve L1 routine issues and escalate complex issues based on priority
  • Log in all inquiries, incidents and requests from users into the ticketing system
  • Provide good customer service to ensure total customer satisfaction
  • Efficient time management and able to work independently
  • Diploma/Degree in IT related studies
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (both written and oral)
  • Prior experience/exposure in IT helpdesk and HTML are necessary
  • 51/2 day workweek, Saturday can work from home.
