The Job

In this position, you will manage, organize, and plan our larger projects while ensuring project scope, budget, and schedule is being met.

If you have experience with navigating a team successfully through projects which provide excellent communication, then this is the role for you.

The Team
This position will be part of our Professional Services team, which plays a vital role in handling installations. This position reports to the Communications Director.

What You’ll Do All Day

• Manage new construction, remodel, multi-site, and expedited projects

• Manage new Onyx Partnership onboardings, server projects, and software conversions

• Coordinate with external vendors on applicable projects

• Coordinate and conduct project pre and post install meetings

• Keep projects within budget and on time

• Ensure all project templates stay up to date

• Manage resource logistics

• Ensure excellent client experiences and communication through the project

• Assist in developing and maintaining Project Management core processes and procedures

We Need to See

Any experience in the Dental or Medical IT support vertical a HUGE plus.
