Job Summary

DJ&A is seeking a part-time IT Technician or Intern with a passion for technology, customer service, collaboration, and creative problem-solving. This position will provide support to the IT Administrator(s) at DJ&A’s headquarters in Missoula, MT. for six office locations. The position will actively contribute to meaningful projects and work closely with IT mentors.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

· Support the IT team with ordering, installing, and maintaining hardware, software, and other systems.

· Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support.

· Monitor and respond to IT Helpdesk Support Tickets

· Organize and maintain IT resources.

· Set up new users and passwords.

· Lend IT support in areas such as cybersecurity.

· Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities

· Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work well independently and with teams.

Education and Experience

· Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems major or degree.

· 1+ years of relevant experience.

· Knowledge of Windows Server Active Directory environments, Azure, and Microsoft 365.

Physical Requirements

· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working at a computer.

· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
