We are looking for a Janitor Associate to take care of our locations and carry out cleaning duties. The goal is to keep our buildings in a clean and orderly condition.

Requirements: Must be able to wear a vacuum pack cleaner and lift 40lbs. Must have a driver license and reliable transportation.

Pay Rate: $16.50 - $27.23

Schedule: Two locations-11 hours per week, Tue/Thur/Fri (Tuesday clean the Lacey Location approximantely 5hrs. Thursday approximately 2hrs and Friday 3.5hrs cleaning the Yelm location)

Responsibilities:

Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.)

Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities

Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects

Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs

Make minor adjustments and repairs

Stock and maintain supply rooms

Cooperate with the rest of the staff

Follow all health and safety regulations

Skills:

Proven working experience as a janitor

Ability to handle some heavy equipment

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies

Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets

Integrity and ability to work independently
