We are looking to hire a Job/Activity Coach to join our team!

What cities do we serve? We place you close to home!

• Anaheim, Placentia, Yorba Linda, Fullerton, Brea, Buena Park, Orange, Santa Ana, Irvine, Stanton, Garden Grove, Anaheim Hills, Westminister, Huntington Beach, La Mirada, La Habra, Anaheim Hills!

As a new Job/Activity Coach, you will help us grow, engage and deepen our connection with our global community of participants by helping them reach their personal and professional goals within their community.

A Day In The Life Of A Job/Activity Coach

• Pick up and drop off your assigned participant from home (1:1 ratio).
• Follow the participant's individualized schedule, including employment and/or activities within their community. Activities include fitness, independent living, media technology/social media/interests, and hobbies. (all activities will be in the community, within the participant's city of residence).
• Provide motivation and praise throughout the day!
• Assist the participant with expanding their communication and life skills.
• Complete a recap of the participant's progress via mobile phone.

You Are A ROCKSTAR Candidate If-

• You have a great positive attitude and are full of energy!
• You have excellent communication skills!
• You are punctual and responsible for meeting deadlines.
• You have experience working in Special Education or are willing to learn.
• You are self-motivated and love to make a difference!

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Possess a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Possess a reliable automobile and be willing to transport clients.
• Possess a valid California Driver's license with a good driving record.
• Valid vehicle Registration and Insurance are required.
• Clear background check and drug screen pass.
• No experience is necessary. We train you!
• Excellent communication skills and enthusiastic attitude.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, kneel, squat, and lift over 25 lbs.
• First Aid / C.P.R. certificate completion (provided by CM)
