Journeymen and Apprentice needed for residential remodeling contractor. Requirements for position:

Supervise, instruct, and perform remodel projects.

Make problem solving decisions.

Must have own truck(with valid DL) and basic tools.

Maintain productivity of with Apprentice being supervised.

Must have knowledge of all residential trades and be able to perform journeyman level carpentry.

Maintain regular communication with owner.

Perform take off and material lists.

We are a small general building contractor company looking for someone with knowledge, and the ability to perform in all trades. We specialize in additions, kitchens, and bathrooms. We do some small tenant improvement jobs, but most of our work is residential. The job is local to the Central Valley. Travel is never over 1 hour each way, and usually in Lodi and Stockton. Proficiency in all trades is not absolutely necessary, but at the very least a general knowledge. We can provide on the job training skills not mastered.The trades we are mostly involved in are carpentry, concrete, plumbing, electrical, managing subcontractors, painting, some stone work, granite, cabinet setting, and multiple pickup work on other trades.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
