Kitchen Team Member (Evenings) Role Summary:

The Kitchen Team Member role is more than just preparing and presenting quality food - it's an opportunity to make a positive impact on hundreds of guests each shift. This role goes the second mile for every guest while performing back of house responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present orders accurately, safely, and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen to ensure a safe and sanitary environment.
• Monitor product temperatures to ensure safety and quality.
• Collaborate with the Kitchen Director to minimize food waste and optimize efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 16 years of age upon hire date
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Have a reliable source of transportation
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment
• Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills
• Able to lift 50 pounds
• Mobility required to perform kitchen tasks
• Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
• Customer service mentality and an eagerness to go the second mile for guests
• Respectful toward other Team Members and all levels of leadership
