Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our R&D team to develop novel therapeutics using CRISPR and gene therapies.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work collaboratively in a small team using cutting-edge techniques to treat diseases. We are seeking a team player who can learn quickly and carry out assignments independently. An ideal candidate is expected to display a high level of passion and curiosity, with a strong sense of urgency to develop important new therapeutics for devastating genetic diseases.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3+ years of laboratory management. Advanced degree is a plus.
• 3+ years of tissue culture and molecular biology experience.
• Manage general laboratory operations.
• Lab inventory management. Ordering, purchasing, and accounting, including handling of shipping/receiving. Benchling ELN experience is a plus.
• Oversee laboratory documentation, safety and manuals, instrumentation/equipment servicing and calibration.
• Highly organized, with significant attention to detail.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Python, R, or any programming experience is a plus.
