Job Summary
Dialog Direct, a Qualfon company is looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills to join our team as a lead generation specialist. While this role will initially be responsible for generating leads through outbound campaigns it is the first step in a program to develop the right candidate to move from lead generation to account management to a member of our sales team. The ideal candidate for this position is someone looking to grow their career.

This position will be either located in the company's headquarters of Highland Park, MI, or fully remote in the U.S. in the following states : AL, FL, GA, ID, KS, KY, LA, MI, MS, MO, MT, NM, NC, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, WV.
Area of expertise (Skills)

Responsibilities:

  • Research and qualify potential leads through various online and offline channels
  • Utilize creative methods to engage with leads to generate interest in our products and services
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads, providing all necessary information and support
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with leads in our CRM system
  • Monitor lead activity and report findings to management on a regular basis
  • Identify trends and areas for improvement in our lead generation process
  • Develop and implement new strategies to generate leads and improve conversion rates
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and news to identify potential leads
  • Write compelling copy for email campaigns
  • Create and maintain a database of target companies and key decision-makers
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for lead generation
Other Skills and Experiences (Min)

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business or related field required
  • Experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing
  • Proven ability to generate leads through multiple channels including email, social media, webinars, and events
  • Experience with CRM software and MS Office
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
