A Publik Employee is expected to show up on time, make a quality product for every customer. They are a team player that not only works their assigned station, but also helps their teammates when needed on other stations.

Not only does a quality product need to be made for every customer, but their station is expected to be clean, prepped and organized. We also expect the employee to be ready to work in a clean uniform and have great personal hygiene.

This ad is for our 9th and 9th location.

Job Duties:

• 
  Ensure that the kitchen is being operated to the standard set by the Kitchen Manager and Chef.
• Fill in for the Kitchen Manager when they are not on line.
• Prep food for service.
• Stock station appropriately for service, and make sure the station is restocked appropriately for the next shift.
• Cook menu items for service quickly and efficiently.
• Ensure that food comes out simultaneously in a timely manner.
• Clean up the station, date, label, and packaging food in a manner consistent with health and safety codes.
• Assist in cleaning the kitchen, dish, and food storage areas on a daily basis.
• Comply with all food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
• Assist the kitchen manager with other duties as needed.
• Maintain a clean line including workstations, prep area, dish area, and storage.
• Make sure employees arrive on time for their shift, with a clean uniform and ready to work.
• Overwatch and expo food as need to ensure a quality product goes out to every guest.
• Create a positive working environment for employees.
• Communicate problems that may arise to front of house managers, and direct kitchen managers.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $18.00 - $20.00/hour.
