Position Scope:
Reporting to the Sr. Director, Global Talent and DEI, the
Learning and Leadership Development Manager is a key HR leader who will work collaboratively with HR and business teams to build and deliver strategic solutions. In this dynamic and visible role, you’ll be part program manager, learning experience designer, developer, facilitator, and coach. You’ll drive the delivery of superior learning and development solutions across our internal customer base and support a unified global talent function that transforms our effectiveness across the full spectrum of talent management. This position will design and deliver strategy and approaches towards our enterprise approach for talent development, advancing our global talent strategic objectives, programs, and processes that support the enterprise’s strategic plan. This role will also support program enhancements, along with continued systems and process improvements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Crafts ongoing learning strategy for development of functional, business, technical, professional, and leadership skills and capabilities
- Executes the design, development and delivery of learning, training, and leadership programs across the business and operational needs that results in measurable business outcomes
- Partners, consults, and supports business/functional leaders to identify capability and skills to meet individuals, teams, and business performance needs and solutions that will increase employee team, and leadership effectiveness
- Collaborates with HR and business leaders to develop a learning and development strategy that supports our business goals both today and, in the future
- Conduct needs analysis to guide program scope and design for learning and leadership development
- Build and quickly stand-up leadership development structure to foster development for leaders in transition phases – first-time manager, leader-of-manager, senior leadership development for broad audience and high-potentials.
- Informs and leverages evaluation strategies to evaluate program effectiveness and uses metrics and trends to modify and improve on learning, development, and leadership programs
- Partners with managers and HR to assess learning and development needs, source solutions, and plan, budget and administer program implementation
- Coordinates, plans, delivers and facilitates new and existing training. This includes classroom or virtual instructor led training, webinars, eLearning, and blended learning approaches
- Work with technical subject-matter-experts to design and develop technical training
- Enhance methods for identifying organization and individual training and development needs and aligning these to the foundational competency model of the organization
- Builds implementation plans that result in high-quality participant experiences, ongoing program sustainability and cost-effective use of resources
- Leverages best practice, continually evaluate methods and procedures to measure, monitor and analyze training delivery and learning program effectiveness for continuous improvements and to update plans and approaches
- Serve as a key administrator for the myTTM Learning system, including setting up courses, data entry of course rosters, set up and run reports, set up and run evaluations to measure training effectiveness, and providing ongoing training catalog management
- Prepare regular reports, status updates and briefings for management and business stakeholders on training effectiveness
- Act as a coach and internal consulting resource to HR, management and executive teams on use of training methods, techniques and technologies to ensure optimal implementation, effectiveness and consistency
- Advise on the availability of state grant funding for various training initiatives and work with stakeholders to investigate opportunities, assist with applications, make presentations to state authorities, support local implementation and management, monitor compliance with any training grant requirements including preparation and submission of required progress reports, and assist with overall contract agreements

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required
- 5-7+ years leading, designing, developing, and facilitative Learning & Development and leadership development programs.
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (Preferably Workday Learning)
- Experience with learning development authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Rise and 360, etc.)

Compensation and Benefits:

Benefits are available 1st of the month following date of hire.
Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation range and bonus are based upon specific physical locations.
