An apartment community in Levittown, PA is seeking a full time leasing consultant/Assistant Manager. The ideal candidate will have prior leasing and collections knowledge. Time management skills are extremely important as well as interpersonal skills. You must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. The duties include leasing apartments, sales, collections, contact with vendors, overseeing the maintenance team, handling tenant work orders and complaints, keeping an up to date production schedule, attending court hearings, etc. Computer skills are required.

We are looking to hire immediately for this position. We would prefer experience in the leasing field, however, we are willing to train the right person.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
