The Agency has offices in Colleyville, Southlake, Burleson, and Cleburne, TX. We help our customers with auto, home, life, renters insurance & more. We are seeking to hire licensed, experienced trusted advisors who have a strong desire to help customers understand the importance of proper coverage and educating the clients on why insurance is so important.

*Must have a valid P&C license and minimum 2 years P&C Industry Experience in order to be considered*

*Must be bilingual - fluent in English and Spanish*

*Must be willing and able to travel to and work from our Cleburne, TX office*

Eligible for Base Wage + Commissions + Bonus Opportunities

Salary Range: $45000.00 - $75000.00 per year

• Answer phones, politely greet walk in customers
• Assist our current customers with service related tasks, including but not limited to processing payments, making changes to existing polices, troubleshooting billing questions, assisting with the claims process
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.
• Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers
• Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote products, services and/or referral programs

• MUST have a valid Property & Casualty Insurance License *REQUIRED*
• MUST have a minimum 2 years P&C Industry Experience *REQUIRED*
• MUST be bilingual - fluent in Spanish and English
• Previous Allstate Insurance Experience highly preferred
• Have a proven track record of dependability & reliability showing up to work as scheduled, on time.
• Desire to want to help educate others on insurance how and why its important to have the proper coverage
• Have an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Create relationships from a cold start and be able to handle customer rejection.
• Have the ability to answer prospective client's questions efficiently and effectively.
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Ability to obtain or possess an active Life & Health Insurance license
