Well Being Therapy Center Seeks a Skilled Licensed Therapist to Join Modern, Growing Practice (Part-Time)

Become part of the core team at Well Being Therapy Center, a modern, growing practice centered around providing an exceptional experience for our clients. This is a part-time position with an opportunity to add hours over time. Our fast-growing practice and supportive work environment is the perfect place for a therapist who is committed to making a positive difference in clients’ lives.

This position will have in-person hours in our Montville or Short Hills office (covid protocols in place for staff safety), with some virtual sessions, depending on client needs.

The ideal candidate: 1) is able to assess client issues accurately and quickly; 2) creates and implements effective treatment plans; 3) fits our core values of being warm and caring; and 4) is able to deliver honest feedback in a non-judgmental way that earns trust and builds rapport with clients.

Requirements include:

*LCSW or LPC

*LSW or LAC (with clinical experience)

*Available to work at least 2 weekday evenings

*Extremely reliable and punctual

*Experience with at least two of the following: children, teens, families, couples

*Experience with at least one of the following: self-harm, anxiety, depression, eating disorders

*Additional certifications and specialty experience are a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $60.00 - $75.00 per hour
