Job description

• Excellent communication skills.

• Interfacing with multiple technologies for the intake and on-boarding of referred patients to Telemonitoring.
• Building relationships with patients for: service acceptance, device kitting and fulfillment, continuous patient education and coaching, daily patient adherence, triage of at risk and critical physiological transmittal, and more.
• Assist in the creation and fulfillment of research and clinical grants for telemonitoring.
• Monitor patient vitals and report concerns to the supervisor as necessary.
• Assisting current clients with telemonitoring services.
• Contact physician/providers as needed.
• Exporting or printing patient reports from Evelyn for clients assisting clients to insert them into clients EMR.
• Relaying information back to internal team.
• Expanding telemonitoring footprint services with clients.
• Must be proficient with technology and be familiar with google suite.
• Must have a dedicated work space free of distractions and background noise.
• Ability to work as a team member.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
