Inventors Brewpub is seeking to hire friendly, outgoing, and kick ass Line Cooks who can deliver excellent service, while memorizing our menu, daily specials, company core values, & history.

The Basics

Responsibilities

*Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies *Chop vegetables, prepare sauces and other food preparation. *Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff *Clean up station and take care of leftover food *Stock inventory *Maintain kitchen, cooler, and storage cleanliness. *Follow Health Department guidelines to ensure proper food safety for our staff and guests. *Complete opening and closing checklists on a daily basis *Able to read and execute recipes

Qualifications

*Cooking experience or Back of the House experience preferred (Will train the right person) *Able to meet all scheduling commitments *Able to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs *Strong attention to detail *Be coachable *Promote healthy work culture *Team player *Work calmly under pressure *Self-motivating/self-starter

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $14.00 - $16.00/hour.
