Job Summary

The essential function of a good Cook is to prepare all orders in a timely manner according to the recipe and maintain Quality and Freshness standards.

Essential Job Functions

• Ability to take directions from a Supervisor or Lead Cook
• Keeping the Pass out window stocked with the proper level of items
• Restocking the area as needed without direct direction
• Maintaining the cleanliness of your working and surrounding areas
• Changing garbage can liners and take bags to waste building
• Running food to the guest
• Positive attitude to work in a team atmosphere

Secondary Job Functions

• Work as a team member in a team atmosphere.
• Help out in other departments as needed.
• Separate garbage and recyclables into appropriate bins.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Ability to smile when things get hectic
• Look out for all Skibowl/H-Management/Mt Hood Management property and assets
• Address any issues as it occurs or inform the appropriate dept manager.
• Assist Guests.

Requirements

• Have an active food handler card, or have by the first day of work.
• Able to work indoor or outdoors
• Able to lift 40 lbs over your head
• Able to shovel snow
• Able to use computer correctly during high stress situations
• Must be able to deal with high volumes of people in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Able to work well with others in a team environment
• Must be able to work Holidays and Weekends which may include evenings
