Job description

seeking a junior/mid-level litigation associate for its Commercial Litigation practice. The associate will work primarily in the Philadelphia Center City office but will be expected to travel to our Cherry Hill, and Conshohocken offices occasionally.

The position will include working in all areas of commercial litigation group including bankruptcy litigation, contract and other commercial disputes, labor and employment, real estate and land use, environmental, insurance coverage, construction and securities litigation.

Ideal candidates must have a solid 3 – 4yrs of relevant general litigation experience, with outstanding academic credentials, exceptional writing, research, and analytical skills.

PA or NJ bar admissions required, both preferred. DE bar, also a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
