Our Client, Manufacturing industry, has an opportunity for a dynamic individual to join the team as a Logistics Administrator.

Job Responsibilities:

• Record the stock card for receiving, issuing, and delivering of goods accurately and timely daily.
• Prepare documents and labels for QC department and logistics assistants for incoming raw materials.
• Prepare pick list for all shipments and collections.
• Maintaining and preparing delivery records.
• Coordinate with relevant parties on shipment, goods discrepancy, and documentation.
• Prepare weekly management reports and monthly warehouse reports.
• Prepare stock documents and reports during stock take.
• Responsibility to lead both inbound and outbound warehouse administrations.
• Taking important measurements for avoiding quantity and quality issues on import and export shipment.
• Check monthly bills for Third Party warehouse and vendors.
• Ensure documentation are comply to ISO standards.
• Perform other administrative duties as be assigned by the Logistics Manager.
  

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics or equivalent
• Min 2 years of experience in a similar context.
• Meticulous and sensitive to numbers.
• Ability to work in a group or individually.

• Location: West
• 5 days work week
