The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. - Responsible for returned goods inbound receiving, outbound packing, materials handling etc
- Prepare manifest of last mile partnerships for customers return
- Liaise with logistics company for information update
- Assist supervisor in ensuring accurate tasks execution
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by manager
- Preferably with 1 year of experience in warehouse/supply chain management
- Experience in warehouse/supply chain management
- Comfortable to work in warehouse environment
- Responsible and positive attitude
- Basic knowledge in Google products (e.g. Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Forms etc.) and Microsoft Suite is advantageous
- Role will be based in the West
