Job Responsibilities

• Lead the team to execute daily receiving, replenishment & shipping plan according to production plan for the day, ensure completion of tasks in a timely and orderly manner
• Lead the team to ensure production records (receiving documents, shipping documents, inventory documents) are updated and compliance on Safety, Quality, Halal and stewardship requirement
• Ensure team report finding on quality and abnormalities within 24 hours and facilitate resources to support investigation
• Leads and engages the team to investigate Logistics Quality/Safety/Stewardship related issue via LE Process
• Ensure Weekly & Monthly system Health Check are conducted and assign resources to support others department for investigation and CAPA to close the gaps
• Elevates Critical issue to Department Leader as necessary
• Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters and others on matters of collection/delivery
• Train & build a strong Logistics team
• Maintain the right standard in the internal & external WH
• Other tasks to be assigned by superior

Qualifications

Job Requirement:

• Must possess at least a Secondary School 'N' Level/Higher academic
• At least 3 years relevant working experience in warehouse operations
• Detail oriented and analytical
• Positive mindset, team player and high desire for learning
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Adaptable to fast-moving work environment
• Good with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (eg.Vlookups/Pivot Tables)
• Singaporeans
