We are looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team as a part-time LPN. Our Licensed Practical Nurses oversee all (home-based) skilled nursing care based on the plan of care for patients located throughout Kent County, Sussex County, and Surrounding Areas. You will administer quality, skilled nursing care to patients in the home. You will be performing assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, colostomy care, urostomy care, and procedures. The LPN will effectively interact with patients, caregivers, family members, and other interdisciplinary co-workers to provide skilled nursing care to patients on an intermittent basis. We offer pay-per-visit + mileage reimbursement!

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing.
• One (1) year nursing experience, preferred
• Reliable Transportation and ability to travel to client homes
