Immediate Openings - Learn new skills in a great company! Ahlstrom-Munksjo is a robust manufacturing company in Windsor Locks. We are growing and we are seeking individuals with good mechanical aptitude to be Machine Operators, Helpers and Material Handlers.

Our facility makes nonwoven papers using various fibers for the medical and food industries. We will train you in the production of fiber based paper making. The work schedule is a four by four rotating work schedule which is four days on, four days off, four nights on, four nights off. Shifts are 12 hours and overtime pay at time and a half is built into the work schedule. New hires will be trained to work in our manufacturing departments and on our paper machines.

We are seeking mechanical skilled individuals for full time positions. Manufacturing machine experience is a plus. Qualified candidates with mechanical ability, labor experience or some experience working with production equipment can learn and develop their skills at our company. Ahlstrom-Munksjo’s pay and benefits are highly competitive. Upward mobility is available for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and apply their skills in a team environment.
