One of a kind Mailbox Store & Vocal Remedy Business is hiring for a mail clerk/package handler in the Toluca Lake, Ca area. We are a shop that values teamwork and hopes to hire employees looking for long term employment. If you have the following experience/skills please apply!

Essential Functions

1. Receive, sort and process all incoming and outgoing mail or packages
2. Responsibilities include sorting, photographing, scanning, labeling and uploading incoming mail and

packages to data base.
3. Determining, affixing, and recording postage on registered mail and packages
4. Receives and processes UPS & FedEx & USPS & DHL and hand delivered packages
5. Works within USPS and FedEx software programs
6. Receives PO’s when packages are received within customer’s software programs
7. Assist customers and clients carrying packages to there cars

8. The person must be responsible, organized and pay attention to detail

Knowledge and Skills
1. Basic computer skills
2. Excellent communication skills with company personnel
3. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
4. Strong organizational skills
5. Ability to adhere to customer rules & regulations
6. Must be willing and able to work overtime if necessary
7. Enhance communication and teamwork within Mailroom and across other Facility groups
8. Foster a proactive approach to daily tasks and projects
9. Requires problem solving skills

10. Work hard and have a chance to advance your income

Work Experience

• Livescan Fingerprint Operator experience a plus
• Notary Experience a plus
• USPS and FedEx Shipping experience a plus

If you are willing to get your Live Scan or Notary License once trained in the regular duties you will have opportunity to add commission to your salary. Management will personally train you in the live scan duties once licensed.
