Maintenance Crew

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Have valid insurable license.
• Experience is preferred but not necessary
• Have basic knowledge of carpentry tools.
• Frequently, and possibly, for long periods of time: walk, stand, bend, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Ability to safely use hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, saws, various power tools including hand held drills and saws
• Safely move large appliances such as ranges, refrigerators and washing machines with the use of a hand truck.
• Knowledge of basic house repairs and maintenance
• Cleaning units between tenants
• Painting
• Lawn and yard maintenance and cleanup

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Pendleton, OR: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Maintenance (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
