Celestial Management, a rental management company with holdings that include multiple historic residences in Dundee, one of Omaha's premier neighborhoods, seeks a Maintenance Technician.

Salary is negotiable and will be based on the successful applicant's experience and expertise. Schedule will also be negotiable. Both full and part-time applicants will be considered.

Working knowledge of minor plumbing, electrical repair, carpentry and painting.

Tools and a truck, a plus.

Experience / Education

-Prefer 1+ year(s) of general maintenance experience

-Must be detail oriented

-Must have reliable transportation and prioritize punctuality
