Information about the Company: Cenveo is a leading North American manufacturer of envelopes. We are hiring immediately for Industrial Maintenance Technicians/Mechanics for its manufacturing facility in Indianapolis, IN for 2ndand 3rd shifts.

Maintenance Technician Pay/Schedule:

• Starting Pay $28.38/hr + shift premiums for 2nd and 3rd shifts.
• 2nd shift premium $1.50/hr (3pm - 11pm)
• 3rd shift premium $2.00/hr (11pm - 7am)
• Training may take place on 1st shift (7am - 3pm)
• Schedule: Mon - Fri / Sat required during busy season/based on business needs.

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities & Daily Duties:

• Work from prints and plans to repair, maintain and install equipment.
• Work with machine shop equipment - mill, lathe, drill press, welding, cutting equipment, etc.
• Provides troubleshooting on equipment problems; recommends and assists in repairs.
• Monitors, schedules, and documents preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Troubleshoot, install and repair pneumatic, hydraulic components.
• Other duties and assignments as required.

Maintenance Technician Physical Requirements & Work Environment:-

• Frequent standing, walking, carrying, bending, stooping, grasping, and reaching throughout shift.
• Ability to perform a volume of mechanical detail work with speed and accuracy; manual dexterity.
• Mental alertness; Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., carry 50 lbs., push 100 lbs., pull 75 lbs.
• Exposure to noise; must wear hearing protection and safety shoes.

• High degree of mechanical aptitude and print/production experience preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of mechanical equipment experience; electrical is a plus.
• Ability to perform a volume of complex mechanical detail work; solid troubleshooting skills.
• Math, English, Computer skills; Overtime as needed; Assists with shift coverage as needed.
