You will be an integral member of the Development team to drive and support National Heart Centre Singapore’s (NHCS) overall philanthropy and fundraising efforts towards its causes to support financially needy patients in seeking treatments, and improve health outcomes through cardiovascular research, and the education and training of cardiac healthcare professionals.

You will be required to develop strategies that are aligned to NHCS’s philanthropic objectives towards achieving its causes in sustainable and impactful ways. You will be involved in the planning and implementation of initiatives to promote a culture of philanthropy among staff and external stakeholders. You will also support in identifying partners and key influencers, as well as developing proposals and reports in consultation with the stakeholders. You are also responsible in ensuring governance and compliance to established protocols and policies for fundraising.

Requirements:

• Degree in Communications, Marketing or Business Development with at least 6 years of experience, preferably in healthcare or philanthropy
• Strong communication skills (both written and oral) and able to engage individuals at all levels
• Good influencing and negotiation skills
• Good team player, creative and resourceful
• Meticulous with good analytical and organisational skill
