A fantastic Critical Access Hospital located on the stunning Oregon Coast, is seeking a highly skilled Manager of Patient Access to oversee all activities within the Patient Access Services department. As the Manager of Patient Access, you will be responsible for ensuring the provision of high-quality customer services, compliance with regulatory requirements, and monitoring the Quality Assurance measures. You will also oversee the development and implementation of new and emerging strategies to improve processes and enhance the patient experience.

To qualify for this exciting opportunity, you must meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in Patient Access Services, HIM, Revenue Integrity, or Patient Financial Services.
• Minimum of 5 years of prior experience in a management role
• Demonstrated ability to build consensus and relationships across all levels of the organization; excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.

As the Manager of Patient Access, you will provide leadership of all functions, activities, and staff of the PAS departments. You will ensure an experience and environment of patient and family-centered care and oversee direction and leadership of operational, financial, programmatic, and personnel activities for the PAS department in collaboration with the RCSD. You will also provide tracking, monitoring, and reporting of numerous PAS Scheduling and Registration metrics and key performance indicators related to the key areas of the PAS department to develop sound and effective analysis and reporting for continuous improvement.
