JOB SCOPE

• Lead the Product Implementation Team to drive the successful implementation of new product launches, campaigns, funds onboarding and product-related projects.
• Chair the Product Implementation Committee, collaborating across various functional teams to launch products and funds
• Oversee the documentation of technical specifications, User Acceptance Testing execution and post launch support for all product launches.
• Facilitate communication between IT and business users, as well as manage timelines to ensure successful implementation
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and compliance requirement during day to day work
• Train and develop team members to upskill their capabilities
