Manager - Supply Chain and Logistics
Job Description:
Integrated Beverage Group (“IBG”) is seeking a Manager of Supply Chain and Logistics to join our team of high-energy, passionate, hard-working employees at our Dundee OR facility. This position reports to the Senior Vice President of Operations and works very closely with the production, accounting, leadership, and remote sales teams as well as winery operations California. IBG is one of the largest alcohol companies in Oregon with our main facility in Dundee. Some of our brands include Duck Pond, Rascal, Great Oregon Wine Company, Ransom Spirits, Dhos non-alc spirits, and Lifevine. Our products are sold in all 50 states and internationally. We produce roughly 80 SKUs for both wholesale and DTC. In addition to traditional three tier wholesale distribution and tasting room/club business, we also have a significant ecommerce business.
IBG is a performance-driven wine producer with a “start up” ethos to our work, constantly seeking innovative solutions. The ideal candidate has a combination of supply chain, logistics, purchasing, compliance, warehousing and hands-on operational experience.
Key Responsibilities:
● Owns all aspects of organization’s supply chain and dry goods needs. Facilitates purchasing requirements for winemaking and spirits production. Responsible for timely, cost effective and appropriate supply of dry goods from best sources at any and all onsite or offsite production/bottling facilities.
● Work with SVP Operations, Production, Compliance, Accounting and Sales/Marketing to ensure production timelines are met
● Responsible for generating all Purchase Orders
● Works with Compliance Department to ensure all labels are compliant with TTB labeling laws
● Responsible for weekly and monthly reporting to Accounting of all production (and other) related inventory moves/transfers
● Responsible for cost effective maintenance and replenishment of appropriate levels of inventory at outside warehouses needed to support sales’ needs
● Communicate with Accounting team on purchase order status and invoicing
● Responsible for all owned facility inventory
● Develop Material Resources Planning files (“builds”) for all production projects
● Evaluates current vendor relationships, while looking for solutions to improve cost and quality
● Assists Accounting department in developing most efficient and logical information management and inventory systems. Responsible for timely and accurate submittal of all required documentation to Accounting.
● Scheduling efficient and cost-effective in-bound and out-bound deliveries in communication with Warehouse Manager and Sales
● Coordinating inbounds and inventory management with production, Accounting, and logistics
● Assist custom crush clients with supply chain requirements and production logistics
● Other responsibilities and projects as needed
Qualifications and Experience:
● High school diploma is required, college degree is preferred
● Must have two to three years of supply chain, logistics and/or purchasing experience
● Alcohol experience strongly preferred
● Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
● Must have strong basic math skills.
● Prefer candidate with knowledge of Quickbooks and/or inventory IT systems
● Must have excellent customer service and telephone skills
● Must have ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and efficiency
● Must have excellent organizational skills to manage priorities and workflow, and the ability to follow through on projects with minimal supervision
● Must have a commitment to excellence and high standards
● Must demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills
● Must have professional demeanor and enthusiasm
● Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google sheets.
● Proven adaptability and drive to learn new skills and take on new challenges
● Analytical, but with a “roll up your sleeves” mentality

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
