What You’ll Do:
The voice infrastructure for Aqua America and People’s Natural Gas businesses supports distributed operations for our end users and crucially our contact center operations serving the needs of our 3+ million customers across 10 states.
In this enterprise level role, the Manager, Voice Telecommunications will be accountable for bringing the respective businesses networks together by designing and delivering a scalable and robust voice network while maintaining network integrity, reliability and security.
To help deliver that network service you will lead a team of engineers, analysts, field technicians, contractors and vendors that ensures the effective proper handling of all service-related issues, end user support, plus the timely execution of all new service requests.

What You’ll Love:
You will bring your experience and knowledge of VoIP technology to create a cohesive platform that interfaces with the O365 platform for both end users and contact center solutions.
You will have accountability for both Opex and Capex budgets and be empowered to evaluate our current multi-vendor (Siemens/Avaya) PBX platform and consolidate towards a single unified platform.

What you’ll Bring:
Significant experience delivering 5x9s scalable services in voice, data, and transport networks with approx. five of those years experience being in a leadership role.
Bachelor's degree IT or related field with demonstrated related experience
Valid driver's license and ability to drive PNG Company Vehicles
