We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to work closely with the owner of Yana to assist in monthly/ weekly/ daily marketing as well as administrative assistance. The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing, as well as some experience managing. This individual will be responsible for the majority of marketing studio events, inputting events into Wellness Living, weekly newsletters, putting all events and upcoming onto all social media platforms. Creation of advertisements via Canva to be placed online and in studio. Additionally, the right candidate has strong communication skills and is good at problem-solving and making decisions.
The hours for this position are very flexible. Looking for Maximum of 30 hours a month to start. Working at the studio a Minimum of 4 days a month in our studio office setting, and wherever you'd like on others. Training will be in person.
Responsibilities:
- Create advertisements with teacher offerings
- Place all offerings into Wellness Living Datebase- social media outlets / website / Google
- Advertise for all upcoming events.
- Create weekly newsletter using preexisting template.
- Take dictation from supervisor
- Look for errors in documents.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
