Key Responsibilities

• Write copy for multi-channels including web, social media, emails, collateral, PR and blogs
• Write clear, concise and compelling ad copy and messaging for a variety of audiences including patients, families, alumni and referents
• Accurately portray the services, programs and various offerings RCA has to offer as well as educate on the topic of substance use disorder to our patients, their loved ones, healthcare professionals and the communities we serve
• Write SEO optimized content for the RCA website
• Repurpose copy for different channels
• Research relevant topics and write on our position as related to current news
• Ability to write copy that is engaging and concise
• Liaise with staff at different levels within the organization
• Review, proofread, revise and factcheck

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, English, journalism, communications, or related field preferred
• Excellent writing skills
• Minimum 1-2 years experience writing
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet quick-turn deadlines
• Ability to research industry-related topics and proactively reach out to information sources, both internal and external,
• Highly organized & detail oriented
• Ability to adapt to constantly changing needs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be a self-starter who excels at multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced atmosphere

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
