Under the immediate supervision of the Senior Marketing Manager, the Marketing Campaign Coordinator role will serve a critical role in the strategic growth and career center lead development to drive revenue on behalf of all our customers.

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator, Customer Marketing to join our growing team!
Position Overview
Under the immediate supervision of the Senior Marketing Manager, the Marketing Campaign Coordinator role will serve a critical role in the strategic growth and career center lead development to drive revenue on behalf of all our customers.
This position may be fully remote or hybrid in our office in Gorton, CT.
Position Summary

Build a deep understanding of products and market/audience, with very little direction, develop compelling content and design that is focused on both lead generation and lead conversion

Build customer segments to manage and execute multi-channel campaigns and programs with a heavy focus on email marketing -
Create salesforce.com campaigns for list maintenance and reporting -
Design and build more efficient workflows for projects as they arise -
Responsible for all tracking and analysis for campaigns to report out to internal teams and recommend future strategies -
Apply A/B and multivariate testing strategies to determine successful content aiding the best results for the goal of the campaigns -
Developing marketing strategy for employer target audience for YM Careers current customers. -
Developing marketing strategy for job seeker target audience for Careers current partners. -
Execution of marketing campaigns and programs that drive new customer acquisition and sell additional products to existing employer base. -
Build and report out on campaign performance. -
Create sales enablement resources and content to prepare Media Sales teams for all campaigns and programs. -
Developing, Writing, and Contributing to employer facing content (email campaigns, sales enablement tools, videos, collateral). -
Write and contribute to ymcareer.com blogs to increase traffic to the site
We are looking for someone who brings
-
Bachelor’s degree in related field with 2 - 5 years’ experience
-
Strong project manager who is proactive and highly organized -
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail -
Experience prioritizing multiple projects and tasks with changing requirements -
Understanding of marketing and advertising creative and production processes -
Excellent written and oral communication skills -
Familiar with email and marketing technology and/or other CRMs -
Experience with email marketing, including copy, design, and delivery/deployment -
Excellent self-management, reporting and follow-up skills -
Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment -
Ability to work well with others, including those in different offices, where communication is key -
HTML experience a plus
