Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager on the Demand Generation Team, the Marketing Manager will join a high-performing, fast-moving team and work cross functionally with other marketing, sales, client experience and product teams to translate business vision and strategy into campaigns that help us reach our pipeline and revenue goals.


In this role, the Marketing Manager will conceptualize, develop, own and execute customized marketing campaigns and initiatives. They will manage project timelines and pull in necessary resources to successfully execute projects.


This role focuses heavily on pipeline generation initiatives and promotions with our brand partners. This individual will also be responsible for managing our nurture programs and email workflows. We’re looking for an experienced and versatile marketing manager who’s eager to do this and more.


Job Duties

  • Translate the marketing vision and company goals into specific projects, action plans and tactics
  • Own end-to-end development and management of partner marketing campaigns across lifecycle stages and channels, including strategy, copy development, campaign set up, cross team collaboration and reporting
  • Coordinate with Sales and Demand Gen teams to create campaigns to support webinars, conferences and other industry events to generate leads and drive demand
  • Produce engaging, valuable and actionable content for blogs, emails, social media and website
  • Plan partner webinars for thought-leadership content and product demos including concepting, scripting and technical execution
  • Manage nurture campaigns and email workflows and anticipate what content and assets will move users forward through each stage of the marketing funnel
  • Measure and analyze performance of marketing campaigns and provide a feedback loop for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure that our marketing efforts are innovative and effective.
  • Works closely with Demand Gen and Brand Communications teammates to ensure consistency of message across audiences and channels

Minimum Requirements

  • BS/MS degree in Marketing or a related field
  • 3+ years’ of experience managing marketing campaign execution, preferably in a SaaS or related B2B business
  • Excels at project management to deliver multiple projects and priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Excellent cross-functional collaborator, developing deep relationships and the ability to influence teams
  • Detail-oriented and strategic problem solver
  • Understanding of customer lifecycle stages and proven experience running demand generation campaigns
  • Strong written communication and copywriting skills
  • Experience working and collaborating with external partners and leading meetings
  • Strong technical skills with HubSpot, marketing automation, analytics and project management software (Asana)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience setting up and moderating webinars, previous experience in Goldcast or LinkedIn Live preferred

Work Environment


This role reports into Forcura’s Jacksonville, FL, offices.
